Her career spans leading roles in commercial banking, product development, and client engagement; quietly powering the systems that move money and markets.
Winfred currently serves as Relationship Manager, Transactional Banking at I&M Bank Uganda, where she leads the strategic formulation and execution of cash management and trade finance products for commercial and business banking clients.

Her work ensures that financial solutions are not only technically sound but tailored to the operational realities of Uganda’s corporate sector.
Prior to joining I&M Bank, Winfred held multiple roles at NCBA Uganda, including Manager, Cash Sales and Service and Implementation Officer.

She was instrumental in deploying products and solutions for corporate clients, driving utilization, and supporting transactional needs with agility and insight.
Her earlier experience includes serving as Transactional Banking Officer at NIC Bank Uganda, where she led efforts to increase product uptake and streamline service delivery across business segments.
Winfred holds a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Makerere University.

She is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Windows Server 2012), reflecting her technical fluency in systems that underpin modern banking infrastructure.

Her skill set spans data analysis, business insight, innovation, and entrepreneurship making her a versatile leader in a sector that demands both precision and adaptability.
She is known for her client-centered approach, her ability to translate complex financial products into practical solutions, and her commitment to continuous learning.
