Caroline Kariisa is a distinguished corporate finance leader based in Uganda. A Fellow of ACCA (UK), Certified Public Accountant (Uganda), and MBA graduate, she currently serves as Head of Operations & Business Administration at Swisscontact Uganda, bringing technical precision and strategic insight to finance, procurement, risk management, and operations.

Career Journey & Professional Impact

Caroline’s career reflects over 15 years of progressive leadership across audit, financial management, and advisory roles. Starting in audit, she built a strong foundation in financial controls before transitioning into broader roles spanning strategy, procurement, and coordination.
Today at Swisscontact Uganda, she manages cross-functional finance functions, integrating budgeting, risk oversight, and advisory support to drive development projects and organisational resilience.
