Diana Ninsiima Kibuuka: Building Vision-Driven Leadership

Diana Ninsiima Kibuuka is an accomplished lawyer, leadership coach, and award-winning community builder with a passion for empowering people and transforming systems. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation.

Legal Career

Diana is a Partner at Mukumbya Musoke Advocates, where she brings her extensive legal expertise to support clients in navigating complex legal and governance matters.

Leadership in Business and Mentorship

She also serves as the National Director of Business Network International (BNI) Uganda, where she has grown the network into a vibrant community of over 600 business leaders and facilitated more than UGX 200 billion in closed business. She is the Country Lead for Girls for Girls Uganda, a mentorship movement through which over 6,000 women and girls have been mentored to step into leadership.

Board Memberships and Service

She currently sits on several boards, including GenAfrica Asset Managers Uganda, Girls for Girls Uganda, and Tricolour Partnership Ltd (BNI Uganda). Her previous board service includes organizations such as Leading Boards Africa, PELUM Uganda, Bless a Child Foundation, and Komo Learning Centres. She has also held leadership roles within the Rotary Club of Kampala and the Uganda Law Society.

Vision and Leadership Style

Diana is known for her ability to connect people, build vision-driven communities, and champion growth—whether in boardrooms, businesses, or grassroots movements. Her journey to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro is a metaphor for how she approaches life and leadership: with courage, perseverance, and purpose.

Personal Life

She is a devoted wife and mother of two boys.
