Olga is a strategic banking professional currently serving as Head, Public Sector at Stanbic Bank Uganda. In this capacity, she leads initiatives that support government entities, quasi-government bodies, and educational institutions with innovative financing and banking solutions.

A Strategic Banking Career

Olga’s career spans over a decade in institutional and corporate banking. Before joining Stanbic, she held progressive leadership roles managing investor and custodial services and leading institutional banking teams. Today at Stanbic, she spearheads public sector banking solutions—driving projects such as digital payment integration, infrastructure financing advisory, and sector-specific risk management support.
