Marsha Walusimbi is a highly respected HR and Talent Development Leader, currently serving as HR Lead at ATC Nigeria and previously as Head of Talent & DEI, Africa at American Tower Corporation (ATC Africa). With over two decades of regional experience, she has driven innovative people strategies across telecommunications and media sectors—cultivating agile, inclusive, and high-performing workforces.

  • HR Lead, ATC Nigeria (since July 2024): Steering strategic HR operations and growth in the Nigerian market under a hybrid leadership model based in Lagos.
  • Head of Talent & DEI, Africa (2023–2025): Distributed across Kampala and regional hubs, leading diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent management frameworks that have elevated organizational culture and performance.
  • Talent Development Manager, Africa (2022–2023): Designed leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks across ATC’s African offices.

Marsha’s career journey exemplifies dedication: she began as a Customer Care Agent and L&D Facilitator at Celtel/Zain, then moved to Talent Development at Airtel, advancing to Head of HR at Monitor Publications (Nation Media Group), before joining ATC. This steady rise reflects her commitment to nurturing talent, leading change, and aligning business strategy with people excellence.

Professional Growth & Global Perspective
She holds a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Makerere University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Development from Uganda Management Institute. She is also a Chartered Member of CIPD (2025) and completed the INSEAD Developing Emerging Leaders program—underscoring her international HR credentials and commitment to continuous learning.
